That Old Tree
It rained as I cycled home from Stockholm after a visit to the Woodland Cemetery. I was soaking wet after just a few minutes. It is a 27 km ride to the old tree from where I started, so it wasn't all fun. As I parked the bike on the path over an hour later, the rain finally stopped. This is my 649th photo of the Swedish Whitebeam, btw.

A strong display in B&W Stefan.
Stefan I have followed That Old Tree for years. I hope you always keep on checking up on him.
Looks great in the mist.
The tree is looking fine. I like the road/path that seems to keep it company.
Often used by horseback riders. They circle the tree before riding down the path, then around a place known as Klems kulle, before riding another path back to the stable at the nearby Mulsta horse farm.
Lots of atmosphere in this one.
Looks a different sort of Noir
You are so sturdy!! And lovely to see the tree again. I did enjoy your previous late evening photo.. So thanks for your work!
Skandi-noir.
Hi Stefan, I've not looked in on your blog for a long time. Good to see that you are still taking pictures of the old tree! Keep up the good work, and a happy new year to you.
