Hello again. Some of my problems have been solved. I had a tough night, but come the morning two issues was fixed, which was nice. Here is a recent photo I took while out walking at Södermalm in Stockholm.People enjoying the Autumn sunshine at Francesco forno & cucina.

I am dealing with a few issues at the moment. Could take me a while to sort everything out. So probably no more uploads to Flickr and this photo blog until all that is fixed. Might drop in to leave a comment or two on your stuff though because why not.

Waiting for a friend

Another visit to the weekly flea market at Hötorget in Stockholm. Before walking into the market I spotted this woman sitting on the stairs at The Concert Hall, or Konserthuset as we like to call it. And when I left the Haymaket square she was still there but now with her friends. I am having some issues to deal with at the moment. It could affect my blogging here. Only time will tell I guess.

Walking around the block

Four photos from S:t Eriksområdet on Kungsholmen in Stockholm, where the former hospital is coming down. The modern apartment buildings behind the digger are at Grubbensringen. The hospital moved out a few years ago and can today be found in very modern buildings at Hagastaden. On this site you will soon find new apartments. Oh, and the funny loking streetart in the top photo could be a new version of the Roe Deer art that I have shown you before.

Soft and girly

I figured this street photo from Ryssgården on Södermalm would work nicely for the theme day, which is Soft. She seems very soft this woman. She always dresses in pink and walks around with her soft toys. I have seen her in the area a few times and one of my Flickr contacts mentioned that he had seen a her a few times as well. I think she was posting something at the notice board at the Slussen metro station when I spotted her a couple of days ago.

Piano man

I have seen and photographed Michael Goj at a few different places in the city. Well, twice here at Stortorget, and then one time at Vattentorget.

Hands of Cuba

Cubans in Stockholm protesting against the Trump administration. They do this every week. On this day I met them at Kornhamnstorg in the old town.

Notice board

This notice board at The King's Garden is always interesting to look at. At least if you are not looking for any information. So Swedish word of the day is anslagstavla.

I used to enjoy games like this one as a kid. But os a somewhat smaller scale. Sergels torg.

He was selling Situation Stockholm at Drottninggatan. I had an appointment nearby, but was in town early which gave me enough time for a photo walk. He reminded me of someone and it took me a while to figure out that he looked a bit like the actor Magnus Krepper.

Winners and losers

Amanda will probably be a part of the new Government. Elisabeth is on her way out. Nice bike.

Volvo P 1800

Classic Volvo. Probably restored by the people at Järudd.se For sale at the moment. Asking price is 260,000 SEK. Spotted a while back while out on a walk on Södermalm in Stockholm. Link to the Flickr photo if you can't see it here.

Bow Tie

Walking around the busy Hötorget flea market kan get you hungry. And when that happens you walk over to Oves hjulkorv on the corner of the square and buy yourself a hot dog. Just like Bow Tie man did here. He is a regular at the market and is always well-dressed.

Ihagee Exa

So I wrote a post just now with biker photos from a big cruising event. With photos linked and inbedded from Flickr which is what I always do, but then when I looked at the post none of the photos showed, so I deleted the post. Now trying with a photo from the weekly flea market at Hötorget instead. Let me know if you can see it.

Summer in Stockholm

Norr Mälarstrand on Kungsholmen in Stockholm. A new sun deck opened here earlier this Summer. It is a permanent fixture with a great view over the Riddarfjärden bay. Lots of differents chairs for the sunbathers.

The dogwalkers

Six dog walkers. All photographed on the same afternoon, in the same neighbourhood, during the recent street party Nytorgsfestivalen on Södermalm in Stockholm.

Festa Major a Catalunya

A last bunch of photos from the cultural festival in Stockholm. Fun to see all these costumed processional giants from Catalonia in Spain during the cultural festival in Stockholm. Known as Gegants and Cabezudos. No idea who they are, though.

At the flea market

A Summer visit to the weekly flea market at Hötorget. This was during the Cultural Festival weekend and I will show a last bunch of photos from that event tomorrow. Oh, and in the third photo a well-known politician, Beatrice Ask is discussing the upcoming election with a possible voter.
