While on the bike I will often have the camera ready to shoot, as you should. Here are two such photos taken along the bike path at Götgatan on Södermalm in Stockholm, while waiting at a red light. The first one is the intersection with Folkungagatan, the guy in the tracksuit needed directions and it looks like he got an answer from the woman with the green/yellow knit cap. The second photo is closer to the big shopping mall Ringen at Skanstull and you can see the Globe Arena in the background. From here it is a 90 minute bike ride home.

I agree with Andy but cycling with a camera has it restrictions. No big zoom with lenshood or the whole bumps into your handlebars in a terrible way as has happened to me a few times.

Reminds me of a time many years ago when I was part of a small group of English and American lawyers doing a presentation in Copenhagen. When we went out to dinner that night we had to cross a major street. The light was red for us but there wasn't a car in sight so we just went across. Some Danes waiting to cross looked at us like we were crazy or delinquents. Would the same happen in Stockholm?
Jaywalking is a popular sport here.
I love how colorful and hectic it all looks.
Definitely good to wait at a cross when there is alot of traffic.
