Stockholm Marathon I
15 000 runners took part in the 2022 Stockholm Marathon. The weather was perfect for me, warm and sunny, but probably a few degrees too hot for some runners. I was on my bike all day. Traffic was closed off all over the city, so it was easy to cycle around, not counting the four or five times I needed to cross the street where the runners were. Some of them didn't care much about that! Any way, I will show you quite a few photos in the next four days or so. Top photo show the colorful Finn, Martti Näsäkkälä. He finished the race in just under three hours and forty minutes. Next we see Sanna Kanter and Miriam Monfelt. In the third shot you can see 1288, Andrus Rüütelmaa from Estonia. Next in the blue jersey, Kristine Elfström. She made it in three hours and fifteen minutes. In the fifth photo we have Gregory Felton from the UK. In the sixth and last photo for today, we can see Sofia Eriksson checking her smartwatch. I snapped these photos at Tegelbacken, close to the Central Station and Hotel Sheraton. Way too many photos to come...

Amazing, that is an impressive accomplishment to run and finish a marathon. Your previous post had Börje running this event at age 77, that is incredible. Congrats to them all.
I love watching running races and cheering people on.
Our big marathon weekend was at the end of May.
Nice work man, keep up the spirit.
At this age, it is best way to keep fit i would say :)
