I have never seen so many police officers in Stockholm before. They were everywhere last week. There was the big NATO meet. There was Stockholm 50, with hundreds of dignitaries being chauffeured between their hotels and the event at Älvsjömässan, all with police escort, I got stuck in traffic all the time, despite being on a bicycle. Also, a big FridaysForFuture demonstration with Greta Thunberg, (I followed it, and took a lot of photos). There were also preparations for the Stockholm Marathon race that took place on Saturday, (I came home with over one thousand photos from that event). I took this photo at Kastellholmen after the officers had finished their lunch. Just as I took the photo, ten police motorcycles drove past me. I have never seen a motorcycle on this little island ever, so they were probably all there to have a bite to eat, and maybe cast an eye on that big militray ship I showed you two days ago. Not sure how many officers were on duty last week, but they came from all over Sweden.

Hopefully there were no incidents for them to deal with over the weekend.
During the last stages of that idiotic convoy occupation in February, we had a lot of cops around.
Fingers crossed everyone behaved while they were there.
