Temporary Sculpture
Noticed this temporary artwork in the Eskil's park yestoday. It was created by an unknown artist two days ago and it will soon be history.

That is one piece of history that I am happy to see disappear.
Say it ain't so!
At least someone was enjoying the first snow of the season.
Plenty more of that yet to come, and that is a good thing.
What can an Australian say about snow and snowmen ... it is early Sunday morning as I typoe this. I swivel to my left and the sun is streaming in. We are expecting a suuny day and temperatures to rise to 25C.
I am waiting to see if we go to the beach or wait for our delivery from IKEA. They promised a morning delivery, but upon further questioning, their morning deliveries are from 7am until 3pm. Go figure ...
Snow already. We have barely gotten to freezing overnight. I'm happy to wait.
In some way, everything is temporary. That's why we have photographers.
I can't agree more with Stuart's comment!
