Betongtrappa
Swedish word of the day. Betongtrappa. Concrete stairs. Six hundred students will walk up and down these stairs when the new school opens two years from today. This will be the new "Fredrik" school at the Fredrika Bremer Secondary school in Handen.
Hard to fathom what the builders will be doing for another two years until the students are unleashed. I guess the "fit-ouT" will take time, too. Interestingly enough, I suspect the mono makes this a "cleaner" image.

How exciting... education. Like that b/w effect.
Those stairs will be good exercise for the students. They look kind of steep. I like learning the new words but I imagine I pronounce them all wrong.
Good thing these stairs will be used by young people! I would be worried about falling on concrete.

It looks like there'll still be much yet to be done.
From this angle, the stairs look quite steep and narrow. it'll be interesting to see how this building progresses.
