That is the slogan used by ÖoB, a discount store chain. This is the backside to their store in Haninge, and the side you see when arriving to Handen on road 260. Should be enough to scare away anyone me thinks. They do sell a lot of paint so I think they should buy some and fix the façade. And maybe even put up a sign.

Yah, that does need some fixin! We have such stores here - they're called "dollar" stores. Everything is supposed to be one dollar but it isn't and most of the crap they sell is poorly made in China.
A lot of buildings here only seem to care about the appearance of the front. The back, where deliveries are made, seems to be an afterthought.

Good question Kristian. Maybe something like: This backside of our store used to look like crap until that guy Steffe told us to fix it.
