Looking for a new place to live?

hyreshus Looking for a new place to live? How about an apartment at Lillgården in Tungelsta? If you want to buy an apartment here be ready to pay around 600 000 SEK for 2.5 rooms. It is apparently very charming, and close to buses, trains, nature, and the city, according to the broker.

That's about £56,000. Now that wouldn't get you a decent 1 bedroom flat in Hull. Our property prices are ridiculous and still going up. 8% last year!

I'm not sure how that price would translate into USD, but it doesn't seem too expensive for Sweden. But I'll pass. No more apartment I hope!

Probably a good guess Grace, I haven't visited an IKEA store for a decade or two, so I don't recognize their furniture design these days.
