Gustaf Vasa kyrka

Gustaf Vasa kyrka
A majestic church at Vasastaden in Stockholm. Gustaf Vasa church. In Neo-Baroque style. King Gustaf Vasa, in English, Gustav I of Sweden is probably one of the more famous rulers of this country. And as I am typing this, 15 000 skiers are taking part in the annual ski race, named after him. Vasaloppet. A 90 km ski race with an interesting history.

I was on my way to the Observatory Hill nearby. Made a quick stop for a photo of the church. There was a bus coming towards me on the left-hand side, like a second after I snapped this.

So. I always learn so much when I click on your links. Sounds like you had a split second to take the photo and did it! Well done.
