There are several restaurants in this area that always make me hungry. This is not one of them. But it is open for business, and a lot of people use it, so I guess they must do something right. Either that, or the truckers at this industrial park don't know about those other places.

Certain places get lucky in that respect.
It doesn't look very inviting.
They must give a good value for the money. We will never know unless you try it. ;-)
It probably has formed a community around its brand.
I have tried it, but it was probably quite a few owners ago. And I don't remember anything about it.
Cycling home one day, this was years ago, I noticed several muscle cars here, so I decided to check it out. Turned out to be a big car meet. Only announced via some obscure Facebook group. I stuck around for a few hours and came home with quite a few photos.
You don't sound very enthusiastic about doing more research. I probably wouldn't be either. But....you never know. (Though in this case, perhaps enough research has been done.)
