This is such an exquisite building. So polished and neat. Grand architecture.
Try to see 1880 in that quickly but beautiful it is.
S.c, you will often see the construction year on the facade here.
That is a gorgeous building indeed.
Isn't there a mistake on the date in Roman numerals? Letters can not be repeated more than 3 times. There are 4 xs.

I heard back from the journalist. According to her it was built either in 1889, or 1890. I told her about the four Xs in a row but no word on that from her, just yet.
