If only taggers didn't feel compelled to make their contributions.
Different system as ours but also a lot the same.
We have some of those in bigger towns. When the container is filled, it notifies the collectors that it's time to empty it.
I think Bill answered my question about why they need power.
I've seen a few of those around here, mostly in airports.
I don't have the numbers, but there are international pubs all over Stockholm.
A bit sad to see.
Quite effective.
