This is the path I often use to get to and from the old tree. Snapped this photo of the path and Klem's Hill in the background on the first day of the new year which was gray and rainy. I emailed a copy of this monochrome photo to a photography friend who is a huge fan of Ansel Adams. He replied that I got the whole grayscale here so I count this as a good start of 2021 photography-wise.
