(not the), Highway Patrol

Police
Fake Highway Patrol car. Spotted in Handen a few days ago. No need to get worried behind the wheel if this guy is following you. Owned by a 27 year old guy from the neighbouring municipality Huddinge.

In this country, that "fake" car could get you in big trouble. So far as I know, it is illegal to impersonate an officer of the law and I would think that also applies to police cars. I can think of numerous reasons why such a thing is NOT a good idea!

That's not illegal?

For some reason it has been legal to drive around in fake police cars, but the government is trying to change that now.

No highway patrol in this country driving Audis.

Wait a minute, I'm getting confused: is not this car being driven in Sweden? Then why should I care about other country's rules?
It's a beautiful car and a beautiful photo, Stephan! And the fact that its owner can drive it with no issues whatsoever speaks volumes about his country......................

I'd spot him in a minute. Police NEVER drive Audis in the U.S. :-)
