What's this then?

What's this then?
Jujja and the archaeologist Roger Wikell were at the cafe in Handen today. They had found this thing at a quarry in Farsta. Looks like some sort of scale. On the scale you can read 9500 9700 9900 and 10100. Bit of a mystery so far what has been used for.

Hmmm. I love a mystery. It's curved. It was in a quarry. Maybe used to measure the circumference of a stone? Could those units be centimeters (95.00, 96.00, etc) ?

I do believe they are centimetres. No idea what it was used for. I will try to find out.

Do tell us what it is once they figure it out.

That's interesting! Is it curved or just thin enough to be flexible? I'd love to know what it was used for.

Yes, it is curved, and the part with the measurement is a little over one meter long.
