Winter Minimalism II

Today's Winter Minimalism photo comes from Fors, just outside Västerhaninge. A scene I just had to capture. Oh, and I would also like to thank Pixsy that sent me $470 today after someone used one of my flickr photos without my consent.

Tiny window at one of the new row houses at Lillgården. If I had to guess I would say that this is a bathroom window. I noticed it the day they set up the building and have wanted to shoot a photo of it ever since. I like this sort of minimalism. The wall is green but I figured it would look better in black and white. If you are curious you can see the the building if you click here.

Monochrome Winter

My reflection in a window at the Tungelsta school. Fence along the railway track. Snow on a roof at an old greenhouse nursery turned biker club headquarters.

Minimalist Winter

Two Winter photos with a difference. I decided to try and shoot a few abstract and minimalistic photos on a recent photo promenade around Tungelsta. I took these photos at the commuter station. It is a busy building site at the moment so there's lots to look at. At least if you are a photographer.

Green on White

Getting warmer again, add to that a blue sky and a warming sun so maybe this is the last snow of the season? Found on my promenade along the new rail track to be.

Minimalism in the snow

We got some more snow today. I decided to shoot only with the Tamron zoom lens during my winter promenade. The reason for that decision was that it has a lens hood. Walking past the school I noticed this minimalistic scene. A bike stand in the snow.

Minimalism Sunday

I enjoy minimalism. And I'm always looking for it. Using the simplest materials and forms available often makes for great art and form. Like here at Nederstaleden in Västerhaninge. A white brick wall and a white wooden fence. Just like that.
