Cro-Magnon goes for a walk
We are all related one way or another. But the individual who ordered this garden table from ÖoB might be an early version of Cro-Magnon. After unpacking his (or her), new table the trouble started. What to do with the packaging? Here's an idea, lets go for a walk. That usually helps to get the brain working. And, why not bring the waste with us? Maybe there's a litter bin nearby, that should do it. Turns out it didn't. So Cro-Magnon walked home again.

It is a horror what people do indeed, you are right with your "Cro Magron" comparison :)
It's awful. I can't begin to understand the people who do this, and have seen much worse as well.

Perhaps leaving a shelter for a homeless person. Yes agree that bin is too small, councils fault for not providing large bins?
No, not the councils fault. There are several recycling stations in the area. And also a larger station for white-wares and what have you.
These fools walk the earth in many places unfortunately!
Every 'litter bit' hurts.
You might be insulting Cro-Magnons by comparing them with this person clearly five steps back on the evolutionary chain.
Isn't there a shipping address for the buyer on the box? Call out the detectives!
STL's first IKEA opens in a few weeks. Should be lots of these cartons around town soon.
Looks like their address might be on the shipping label? It could be returned to them.
Happy to report that it is gone now. I tweeted the photo to the chain that sells the furniture. I did notice the address as I took the photo and when I got home I tried reading it in PS but it was a bit blurry.
Good news, I was only joking about the small bin and the councils fault.
