That Old Tree
This must be the darkest November month in many years. It's like the sun is missing all together. Grey skies and rain is the current weather situation. This was the scene at the old tree earlier in the week. The flickrverse seem to like this photo, around 7000 hits as I'm typing this.

The flickverse clearly has a good eye for beautiful photos. Must be gratifying to get that many hits.
This picture was on Explore! No wonder you got so many hits. Nice!
The photo must have been picked up by Flickr's "Interesting" list.
People keep encouraging me to make a photo book with my Arch pictures. You could do the same with the Old Tree.
It's easy to see why so many people are taking a longer look at this old tree photo. It's magnificent.
Trädet står fint där i kanten på gärdet. En ringlande grusväg i kanten lockar blicken in i bilden.
It certainly was a grey day Steffe! I can't believe that branch has been hanging there for a whole year :)
and because that old tree is poetic and full of wisdom! :) gray skies are above us again! :/
Correct Bob, I have had 300 photos in Explore over the years. Sometimes it is very surprising to see which photo end up there.
I think it is two years now since the storm Grace, time flies.
Dark but interesting photo of the tree with bare limbs, Stefan.
Thank you for the link to the Russian who takes snowflake photos. I want to try it. ;))
There's something comforting in knowing the old tree is still standing.
That old tree is so beautiful. I love your series! Simply gorgeous.
