Heidi
It was the last Summer day of the year (Saturday). I had enjoyed coffee and conversation at the cafe and was heading home on the bike. Closing in on the Bronze Age burial field in Jordbro I spot two women with red hair so I of course had to stop and take a few portraits. This is Heidi. She told me that she and her friend Sara had been out hiking in a forest for a few hours. Heidi is studying to become a mental health professional. I asked her if she had any fun hobbies, but she said that her kids took most of her time. Perfectly understandable.

I can't think of anything to say, Steffe.
The name Heidi is famous in the USA because in the late 1960's there was a football game that is known as the "Heidi Game."
The game was very close and ran long in time, but before it ended it was time for the TV network to start its regular schedule of evening programming, which was the movie "Heidi" about a young girl in the Swiss Alps. The lead changed hands with several exciting scores during the last few minutes that no one watching TV saw because the TV was showing little Heidi in the Alps to all the people who had been watching football..
There was so much controversy that all the TV networks adopted a policy of showing all the games until their end, and they will delay their evening programming until after ht end of the games.
Your portraits are always so special.
She does not look like a "Heidi". But then, what do I know.
This Heidi comes from Finland, that's what the tattoo that you can see a part of on her arm says.
Striking blue eyes, nice one Steffe.
You have to have a perfect shaped head to pull off this haircut. Lucky girl.
