Facade

Facade
Testing the Viltrox C-AF 2x Magnification Teleconverter Extender with the new Canon zoom lens. Shot this handheld at 400mm. The building is one of the uglier in Haninge. It is a huge office building called Rudsjöterrassen that houses everything from a school to a hotel. It sits just meters from the commuter station in Handen, and the very popular Rudan nature reserve. I took the photo standing half way up the equally ugly spiral.

It does lack that old European charm. Why do they construct such crap? Ye olde camera & lens is working good, though! Beauty for a hand-held!

It does have something of a brutal sensibility to it.

It's not something I'd enjoy looking at but your closer, tighter view at least makes it interesting to look at for a couple of moments.

As architecture not so hot. But it makes for a nice abstract shot. I'd say your new gear is working great.

Thanks. Always important to take good photos of ugly places.
