A safe workplace
A new school will be built behind this fence. Part of the Fredrika-Bremer secondary school in Handen. The contractor is PEAB. The price, around 200 Million SEK. The new school will be ready in March of 2016. The old school across the road will be demolished, and if I give you the weekend to guess what will be built on that property in the future, chances are you will guess wrong. As for the title of the post that is just a few rules about this workplace listed on the sign. Oh, and I took the photo a few days ago, hence the snow on the ground.

Safety at construction sites is heavily regulated in the USA.
My guess for what they would consider in the USA to be progress for the land across the street would be a parking lot.
A fracking site ? Oh wait, this is Sweden and not another country I could mention. Hopefully, it'll be a play ground.
There are some fracking plans in Sweden, I read something about it last week.
No parking lot here in the near future, although the municipality demolished a house in Västerhaninge to build one near the shopping centre.
And no playground either. But that is two good guesses.
I worked in an industry that had a lot of inherent danger, and safety was always paramount. I never complain about seeing big signs urging safe behavior, and I take the obligation very seriously.
I'll venture a guess and say a library...
It's quite a mess!
There's a very fine library a few hundred meters away at the Cultural Centre so no new library.
And the answer is a Mormon temple, we already have one of those so I see no point of building another one, but there you go.
