That Old Tree
What a difference from the last time you saw the old tree. Most of the leaves are gone now. To complicate the shoot, I used the 85mm lens at f/2.8, and shot from the usual spot on the path. It took around sixty photos to cover the scene as you can see in the collage.

That old tree is packing it in for the winter, getting ready to be dressed in white.
Love that collage. Great work!
Fantastic collage, I admire your patience!
Thanks for the layout of the shots, I am still working on this and it is very useful to see how it is done practically.
I am shocked. Didn't expect to see leaves nearly gone. Still - it is beautiful. Hard work has paid off.
Seeing That Old Tree always makes me feel happy. Beautiful shot.
But I still like it ... somehow !
What a lot of dedication and hard work. The tree is a symbol of your commitment to document the place where you live.
This has such a melancholy mood to it, in comparison to the photos at other times of the year.
Your technique for stitching the photos together is phenomenal. Thank you for the illustration.
Spring , summer and autumn seemed to fly by too quickly over you way Steffe.
It is a beautiful photograph and a wonderful old tree, but, man, you are a glutton for punishment!
