Waiting For Spring

When my mother was a young girl this building at Kvarnvägen in Tungelsta was a convenient store called Bolinders. She used to come here to buy eggs and flour. Back then the house was painted with Falu red, and that is the old color you can see here. I guess the owners will give the house a new layer of yellow paint come the Spring.

The Old Milk Can

The Blue Door

I like this little yellow house. You will find it at Kvarnvägen (Mill Road), in Tungelsta. Many years ago a priest lived here. Since then at least two dentists have done the same. When I took a photo here nine years ago the door was brown. Today it stands out a bit more with that blue color.

Winter Gates

This little house can be found along Kvarnvägen, or Mill Road in Tungelsta. When my dad was a kid back in the 1940ths there lived a dentist here. Now 60 years on, you guessed it, a dentist lives here. Bigger photo.
