Midsummer Dinner

My personal fishmonger, Jujja, (one of my BBQ buddies), dropped by with hot smoked salmon just before Midsummer. On the phone with the brother in Barcelona, so he gave me his recipe for salmon with dill stewed potatoes and demanded a photo as proof, so here it is, and it was delicious. Oh, and a former Flickr friend from the US who spends his online time mostly at BlueSky wanted the recipe so I gave it to him.

Salmon Dinner

Are you like me, do you eat fish a couple of times every week? Here's my latest fish dinner. Salmon with some olives and tomatoes. With potatoes and a glass of red wine. Did I mention that I havent been to a McDonald's in over 20 years. The reason the photo is square is because it's for the Squared Circle group at flickr.
