The hotel next to the national football arena in Solna. Designed by the architects at Wingårdhs. The idea for the circular windows came from Karolina Keyzer, who today is the City Architect in Stockholm. You have probably seen it here on the blog before, but it looks like they are cleaning the facade at the moment, and that's why I took another photo.

Eye-catching, but not attractive to me.
Fits in nicely here though. Arenastaden dates back around 12 years or so and all buildings are very modern in design.

That architecte must have been influenced by that Japanese artist who dots everywhere Yayoi Kusama.
