I don't think I have seen this type of memorial service at a funeral before. Mourners standing around the hearse with the coffin outside Folkungakyrkan on Södermalm yesterday. A trumpeter played and everyone started to sing. It was a nice moment. People came out from nearby shops to look and listen.

What a unique and moving tribute—it's beautiful how the music and communal moment brought people together, even drawing in passersby.
And everybody knew how to dress.
