I baked another apple pie. It lasted for three day, some sort of record I think. I ate the last bite last night, around 20:00 when Spring officially arrived to Stockholm according to SMHI.

Sound delicious. I haven't had apple pie in a long time. I did make my apple cake around Christmas and it was yummy.
It look a bit collapsed but without doubt still delicious.
It looks yum. I would love to enjoy a quiet morning like that

I don't bake, but on the odd occasion I'll buy pie. They last three or four days.
I just bought more apples, looks like the cold weather is back, so I will most likely bake another apple pie tomorrow.
