Not too long now before the new occupants can move in to old City Hall in Handen. It will cost you a pretty penny to live on the top two floors and the view from up there is said to be a good one. You can see both Stockholm and the archipelago. The new apartment building is called Argos and sits in the middle of the Haninge mall so if you need to go shopping just use the elevator and you are there.

I can just imagine shoppers coming into a store there in the dead of winter wearing shorts after coming downstairs.
What about the heating of the place?
Does it have air conditioning? I don't see any cooling towers.

In the States, more and more shopping center developers are incorporating residential spaces into their plans. Lot of people want to walk out their front door and be at restaurants and stores.
I can't say I care much for the architecture, though. It's all boxes and spines and looks somehow dangerous.
