Blue Art

The gang of "lagom"

From a visit to the gallery in Österhaninge. The artists pick a theme every summer for their Art Promenade. In the summer time it's a great place to visit. You can hang out in their garden, have some coffee and discuss the art. I have been there taking photos for the last three years/art promenades.

Have a look at some of the other Daily City Photo Bloggers that are participating in the theme day.

Has a pagan feel to it. Who is the artist?

Weird, but very blue.

BTW, why "poor dog"?

Fénix - Bostonscapes said...

Oh! Well, then those are my exact feelings. That's why I said that the dog seems to have come down with a bad case of the blues (trying to be polite...)

I guess some people make no distinction between pets and children, right?

Take care. :)

Great blue in that piece, Stef. And I loved seeing the deer statues dressed. Especially the little ankle warmers. People here do that to a sculpture called "Waiting for the Interurban." It's nice to see humor and interactivity, isn't it?!
Happy Theme Day in Haninge!

I could see how kids would want to climb all over that sculpture. Pretty photo!

Interesting that we have a sculpture similar in composition in Tewkesbury, not in blue though! It's bronze.

Looks like a seating area with a coffee table indeed. Interesting.

I'm not sure I like it, but it sure is interesting. It almost looks like a group sitting around a fire and they are all laughing and have thrown their stubby little arms up in the air:)

I can see why you've returned year after year--it's interesting.
