Ford Galaxie 500

1964 Ford Galaxie 500

Chrome Skull

One word can describe this car. Wow. Probably my favorite from the cruiser meet. This is a 1964 Ford Galaxie 500. And what a color it has. The owner was busy all day telling people all about this car. I had a closer look at the steering wheel and decided to take a photo of the chrome skull steering wheel spinner knob.

That steering wheel knob could get a lot of use if there is no power steering on a vehicle like this. Back in those days, power steering was not very common.

What a beautiful and well-kept machine. I also love the color. And the steering wheel knob is quite a nice detail. :)

I hope there is an inbuilt candyfloss machine coming with this beauty!

Wow - that's a fantastic car! A Norwegian car - a FJORD!

Love the Continental kit on the back of that car! Cars of that era were so great.

You said it already: WOW! Great car, great colour, great shots. It would be impolite to mention a certain footprint...
