Red & White

It's winter again

Snow removal

Red & White

We were expecting a lot of snow, (at least if you want to believe what you read in the evening papers), but this is all we got. Here are three photos from Tungelsta with a Red & White feel to them. Top photo show your favorite photo blogger at the commuter station zooming in on a traffic mirror. Then a tractor removing the snow from the walkway at the restaurant where I shot the A Moment in Time photo. And finally an apple tree at Hagavägen in Lida filled with red winter apples.

la première photo est une très bonne idée, j'adore surtout avec la neige, cela rend très bien

Have you posted the first photo before?
I like the apples under snow, I like photos in your blog, images with personality.

The apples can't be good anymore;frozen apples?

I have photographed that particular mirror many times Irina. It's a good way to show the different seasons. But this is a new photo, I shot it yesterday.

Very frozen apples. You wouldn't like the taste of them, but I think the local birds kinda like them.

It might not be a lot to you guys, but that much brings the south of England to a full-stop. We don't do snow real well over here.

I really like the first picture very much. Beautiful way to look at a snowy scene, especially when it's somewhere else:)

those are beautiful red and white shots. i have a friend who lives in copenhagen who says he is snowed in... seems you guys are getting your fair share out that way in the world. here in america, it was just gray!

A very cool series (and I mean that literally - way too cool for me!)...excellent photography, as usual. I've not seen winter apples before...as B Squared noted, though, they must be frozen by now...maybe soldiers could throw them at each other in the next war...

Like the red and white theme. Also the "flurry" of snowflakes in the air is nice. Wish we could get some of this stuff, but it only happens once every few years and rarely sticks.

wonderful theme, wonderfully executed.
