Anna from Sorunda
Parking the bike outside my local grocery store, I see a cool car and it's owner, who I ask to participate in the 100 Strangers Project. This is Anna. Born and raised in Sorunda where she still lives today. She is a single mother with two kids, Edwin who I met, and the teenager Oscar. Anna works as a nurse at a nursing home. Her big hobby is cars and anything to do with the 1950ths. She owns a 1930 Ford Tudor and a 1953 Cadillac Fleetwood. The Ford is worth around 150 000 SEK. She will never sell the cars and when she dies Edwin will get the Ford and Oscar the Cadillac. As we talk I realise that I have a photo of her Hot Rod that I took some time ago. Anna is one of four members of a Wishbone club. Her big tattoo symbolises Hawaii, a place she would like to visit one day. I mentioned that one of my previous strangers comes from Sorunda and drives a black Amazon, that must be Micke she says, that guy is crazy the way he drives around in that car :-). Then I tell her about Annika, the great granddaughter of the author Moa Martinson, that I met last week, and Anna remembers seeing Moa at her school a few times when she was a kid. The author (wearing very bright red lip stick) was probably there to pick up one of her grand children. I like it how all my strangers seems to have a connection to each other!
This is my 61th photo for the 100 Strangers project. You can see the rest of my strangers in my Set

I love this portrait, it's so natural of a real person. Wonderful write up. Will have to check out your others for this project.
Please do. It's the best photo project I have ever done.
