The long black arm was suddenly there in front of the cultural centre in Handen. Then a few hours later when I passed by there again, it was gone. A mystery that needs to be solved.

Good you photographed it. Beautiful picture, I like that you included the walker !
The vent spoils the riddle but a nice different blow up.
That is a big thing to appear and disappear so quickly.
Okay, so it's one of those blow-up things. But what does it all mean?
It does seem like a canvas structure, so easily installed and removed.
That is of course a very good question Lowell. I asked a friend who works at the cultural centre but he was clueless.
It's art so the meaning may be so deep that we need an artist to explain it, art folk can understand is sooo 1845.
