Construction of a big interchange at Vega in Handen, on Road 73 also known as Nynäsvägen, means a lot of work on nearby roads, like here at Söderbyleden/Torfastleden. A new roundabout is being constructed, as well as a walkway/bike-lane across the big open field.

Looks a big project.
The big work on the highway is up-ahead and just to the left from here. One lane have been closed for a year or so now and they are still just getting started with the work so it will be a few years before it's finished.
It's the same here Steffe, as the population increases the road infrastructure has to grow to accommodate.. bit of a pain when it's going on though ☺
We could use some work like this here in the U.S. Our roads are in a sorry shape these days.
That's going to still be a good deal of work.
