I have read that beavers can cut down trees like this but I have never seen it in person. Cool!

Sure wish I had time to wander in the forest, aimlessly or not.
My first intution when looking at your photo: "Get well soon!", "Do you know a good dentist?"

I've seen beaver dams before but never such detail. Great find.
