Get A Grip

Get A Grip
Road sand at Mulstavägen at the Välsta horse farm. The road climbs here. A few winters ago I came down the road on my bicycle, and it was ice everywhere. Managed to just avoid a head-on collision with a truck. Today the road looked a bit safer.

With beautiful scenery like that, I can imagine that negotiating the roads, thinking of that next shot, etc becomes a real challenge. Take care!

Dangerous sounding route, great photo though!

To someone who knows nothing, it looks as though there's ice everywhere still! We were going to pay a visit to the north this winter..... it looks as cold as I imagine! ;-)

It doesn't look so cold though :)

It has got to be difficult getting around in the winter on a bicycle!

I like this because it has a universal appeal. It could be rural Missouri or the outskirts of Seattle.

A bicycle on icy roads? I'm glad you are still here to show us your photos.

Not cold at all. It was a nice day. One reason I visited the area was to see if a friend could go skiing here. He bought the skis just two weeks ago and have used them only twice. Normally there's a couple of ski tracks here but not this winter.

That was lucky for all of us Steffe!
