That Old Tree
This was how the old tree, the Swedish Whitebeam at Välsta looked at my last visit a while back. It was one of those really cold, but beautiful winter days. If you need a more recent weather update I can tell you that it is raining today. From a very grey sky. The snow is melting as we have had a couple of days with around +2C.

Just heard about your tree from LOLfromPasa. It's beautiful! Looking forward to digging through the archives and seeing more of if.
Beautiful! I see the broken branch is still there.
It's strange how happy I feel every time you post a photo of what has become "our" tree, no matter whose land it's on. Thanks for continuing this project.
I love it. And your buses look a bit like ours on 14 July.
Perfect!!!!! When I was preparing my post today I had a look at a lot of your earlier pictures of this tree. I just love them all.
Fabulous tree. I am still waiting for someone to go out with a pruning saw to take away that limb.
