Fighting For Survival
-15 Celsius today. So it's tough to stay alive if you are a tiny finch. Spotted this one on the spruce hedge at Bergdalen just now, eating from a cone.

belle photo animalière, par ce temps cela ne doit pas être facile pour les oiseaux.
A very tough little bird and so pretty!
At least he has something to eat.
Vad fint builden...
So lovely to see! Sweet little bird.
I think our birds are having a tough time too as they aren't used to this mind-numbing cold we're having...the worst since we've moved here. Not like Sweden, of course, but this is supposed to be Florida!
Great capture, Steffe.
What a gorgeous image! Oh my. I hope he got his fill!

Steffe - go fill up your bird feeder so those little guys don't have to work so hard for their lunch!

Our worlds are so different at present; we have 3 days in a row forcasted to be 41C.
Fantastisk bild!
The bird feeders are full. And I also try to give them bread and some nuts for the squirrels.
