New roundabout and bridge under construction on Road 73 at Vega Trafikplats in Handen. This is the highway to Stockholm and there has been a lot of accidents here since the construction started. Mainly because people drive to fast and that is not a problem that can be fixed. Ever.

Roundabouts are said to be good and help reduce accidents. I don't know about that. Speeding is the main cause of traffic fatalities in the U.S. We kill about 45,000 of our fellow citizens every year on the highways and byways. For a long time I thought the major problem was driving drunk or stoned, but research indicates it's speeding!
An odd spot for them to be stopping at.
