*$#%!

*$#%!

Had this been my bike I would have been very angry. All that is left is the front wheel. Parked outside the mall in Handen. The police station is around the corner, where the Lamborghini was parked a while back, so the owner didn't have a long walk to report the theft. Speaking of my bike. I have got a few flat tires lately. Mostly because of all the sand (crushed stone), that cover the bike paths during winter and early spring. Never any fun to fix a flat tire outside in winter time.

Haha! sorry Steffe, but it does look funny, especially with the police station so close by!! I wonder what was wrong with the tyre that they didn't take it also!! Fun (I know, not for the owner) image and excellent title!!

I think the problem was that the owner locked the front wheel to the bike rack. If the bike has a quick release it will only take two seconds to remove the wheel from the bike and walk away with the rest to a waiting truck or whatever they were using here.

I am sorry about the owner, but photo and its composition are great.

Kinda dumb to lock it up this way.

this happens so often in the netherlands. thats why u always have to tie the frame to the tire when locking... as you know ofcourse...

This is a relatively common sight here... I hateds flats with all my heart when I rode my bike. They all happened in the worst moment in faraway places...

I can imagine how angry the bicycle owner would have been at discovering his bicycle gone!

Oh I don't think that's funny at all. Probably really mucked somebody's day up. How cruel thieves are. But it's a great photo Steffe.
