Wildlife Encounter

I met this Roe Deer the other day close to the Slätmossen nature park in Handen. There's a children's playground some fifty metres away, where a bunch of dogs were playing on the playground slide while barking like mad. That didn't seem to bother the deer, who had it's eyes fixed on me.

That was a great encounter! I wish I could have those cute guys over here next to my house, but the wild ones live far away... Very cool shot!

How incredible to be that close to a deer. I generally just cook them. Don't think thay'd let me close to them.

Thanks all. It's that time of the year now when the wildlife are out looking for apples in the gardens, so hopefully I will meet an Elk or two any day now!
