Not sure what this guy is doing. From Lower Lake Rudan in Handen yesterday. I have never seen a boat in this little lake before. Looks like he could be testing the water quality or something. This is a fishing lake and during the summer months it's also popular with swimmers and sunbathers. Although I didn't see anyone swimming here today.
