He needed some time to reflect. Some peace and quiet. There was trouble at home and he needed to get away from it all. We talked for a few minutes and during that time he caught a rainbow trout. As seen at the Lower Lake at the Rudan Nature Reserve in Handen a few days ago.

It's a gorgeous photo! And that lake looks so much like many of the lakes in Minnesota! Rainbow trout make good eating!

Vad fint hösten gör sig påmind i omgivningarna. Jag kan skriva under på att fiske är utmärkt för återhämtning. Naturvistelsen ger utrymme och förutsättningar för reflektion och eftertanke. Man vädrar huvudet, så att säga. Att få en fisk då och då är en ren bonus, en trevlig energi-kick.
