Owl

Owl
Out of focus. Theme day. I have been trying all year to get a photo of the owls that live near the old tree. This is the "best" photo so far.

It took me a while to "see" the owl in the photo.

I like this a lot! I like the movement and action.

That's perfect. It took me awhile to figure out whether the background was sky or snow.

This is wonderful. It has wonderful movement. That telltale golden eye brings it all together.

It took me some time to see the owl. It's a challenge for you to get his photo but I'm sure you'll get it.

Most interesting, especially on the white background.

Nicely done, Steffe. The owl is a standout.

And, no, no photoshopping on today's image. Straight from the camera.

I think it's a great photo. Full of owl-ness.

I find them nearly impossible to photograph. You can't really see them when they sit up a tree, and when they fly away they are too quick for me, but I won't give up trying!

Det här är ju riktigt bra! Hur cool som helst med en härlig rörelse. Det måste inte vara knivskarpt i alla lägen, suddigt kan vara bra.

Even out of focus this is a lovely image Steffe.. you are so right, owls are one of the most difficult birds to snap, they blend so well with their surrounding AND they're rather shy ☺

Quite artistic. Likr contemporary ART. Blow it up and sell it.
