That Old Tree

That Old Tree Ripe fruit
It is getting colder now. Luckily for me the sun came out for a few minutes during my visit to the old tree yesterday. Both photos shot with the pancake lens. The tree photo is a panoramic image made from nine photos. Shot the red fruit using the extension tubes.

Summer is definitely done for the tree!

I am so far behind that I had to look up "pancake lens" to understand what you were using. I guess there must be some advantage to them and the biggest is probably the weight. I have a large 70-200mm lens that adds a lot of weight to the Canon Rebel camera. So I seldom use it or the Canon cameras. Instead I use the point and shoot Lumix DMC-ZS20 for almost everything. I don't go out looking for things to take pictures of as my health is bad and I am on oxygen now.

I always enjoy looking at the old tree, to see how it compares with previous images.
