A Winter Scene

Winter in Sweden I have taken quite a few winter promenades during the last month. Some in snow storms. Others when the weather was a bit more photo-friendly. This is a typical Tungelsta scene. A Falu Red painted house at Söderbyvägen.

You probably think I am nuts, but I do envy the snow you guys have!

I take this entry to wish you a good 2013! I love to follow your blog. Cheers from Marcel

Might be typical, but I say it's grand. Thanks!

Tungelsta seems to have an unlimited number of appealing red houses that look great against the snow.

Happy 2013.

It's hard for us in the middle of the US to relate to this. We had much more snow when I was growing up in New York. I gather the red houses are traditional. They look so good dressed in white.

You know my theory; it's easier to find your red house in the winter landscape. Happy New Year.
