The Whatevers

Drum solo
Aiming at the guitarist
I don't miss much so when I spotted a drum set on a field at Nedersta the other day I knew I was on to something interesting. Closing in I noticed a photographer and what looked like a posing musician, so obviously I had to stop and check out what was happening. It was the two members of The Whatevers, Victor and Christoffer. Together with a photographer friend, Fredrik, they were busy taking photos for the band. I asked if they were any good and they told me that it was more of a fun project. They had been playing for many years. Christoffer writes most of the music and plays many different instruments ( the car was filled with them),while Victor sings, although he wasn't sure it could be called singing. www.myspace.com/thewhateversonline

Not much gets by you in Haninge. Love the name, love the capture.
Yesterday you posted about swimming in the Baltic, what temp is it? I am swimming here but just got out my wetsuit.

The photographer needs a taller tripod. That crouch will be tough on the back.

Love that top picture. I could be from a Monty Python episode. I notice the photographer's assistant is holding a silver reflector, not the usual white. I guess the band wants to appear to be cool.

He had a chair Dave, but it fell over as he was preparing a photo. Not sure about the water temperature Peter, but they usually measure it during the summer months.
