The Moose Truck

Mr.Moose

The Moose Truck

Miss Moose

Arriving home today I saw this truck parked outside the Blomorado greenhouses. From Allan Svenssons Åkeri AB in Strömsnäsbruk. The truck driver told me that the company has six trucks. All airbrushed with different animals. This is the moose truck. With two Moose's painted on the truck. Mr. Moose and Miss Moose. Oh, and the truck delivered soil to the plant nursery run by Danuta and Ingemar.

The art adds a nice touch to the truck!

Gee, those Moose paintings really make the truck a "babe magnet."

That's something you don't see every day! Guess the trucking company owner likes animals.

It IS nice and artistic, and that is a change to many trucks I see around here.

It would be cute if that truck carried chocolate and strawberry mousse.

Cool! This reminds me of a moose painting I found the other day on an underground passway, totally out of place, here at Oeiras... I wonder why! :-)

The truck company is based down south, quite a long way from Haninge, but if and when I see a similar truck I will try to get a shot or three. The driver told me that one of the trucks has a Wood Grouse painted on it. And yes the owners really liked animals, I think it's run by two brothers if I heard right. I'm sure they do carry chocolate sometimes and even strawberry mousse (good one CPD). I'm guessing there's a big lack of elks in Portugal!

A great idea. Wish more trucks would do that.

Obvious question: what animals are on the other tricks?

Apart form the Wood Grouse I think one of the trucks has a few bears painted onto it.

This guy really must like moose! I don't think I'd want to be driving around with a moose on my vehicle, but to each their own.

So what about the other trucks? They have other animal designs for theirs, right? I'm guessing that they would be modeled after the local wildlife, in any case. It's a fun way to distinguish the drivers and the vehicles they operate.
