A diptych showing autumn and winter at the medieval church in Västerhaninge. The old church dates back 800 years. Lightning has struck the tower twice. The church was rebuilt after the latest fire back in 1831. Some reconstruction was made and the tower is now only thirty meters high compared with fifty five before the fire. Many of my relatives rest at the graveyard here, including my dad who died a decade ago. I have showed you this church a few times before, and this is also where that good looking priest, Sara works.

Keep showing pictures of Spring, it's a lot easier to prepare for warm weather than for cold.

Neat photo! I sort of like it better in winter. The snow looks beautiful among the graves.

Thanks all. The weather is still crap so I will probably make a few more diptychs in the coming days, or weeks.
I'm no church goer, but some of the people I have talked to lately seem to know Sara and if I see here again some day I will tell her you said hello Leif!
Spring photos seems like a good idea.
It still looks very scenic in both seasons, gosh wish we got snow here :-)
